Website purpose

This website provides information about CareContact, the current PracticeOps beta, and Labs concepts. Early Access concepts are not represented as generally available products.

No medical advice

CareContact provides operational software, not medical advice or clinical decision support. The website is not intended for emergencies or patient care.

Current product scope

PracticeOps currently operates as a non-PHI workspace. Users must keep patient-identifying and clinical information in the source system unless and until PHI-enabled functionality is formally supported under updated product terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, patient-identifying, clinical, or other sensitive information through public forms.

Third-party systems

Athena-style simulation does not constitute live athenahealth connectivity, endorsement, certification, or Marketplace approval. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Final warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute terms, and product-specific terms must be completed by counsel before launch.
