Demo, support, waitlist, and beta forms may collect business contact details, practice information, approximate organization size, use cases, operational challenges, and free-form messages.

The current marketing site does not intentionally include advertising pixels, behavioral profiling tools, or third-party chat widgets. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page for security and reliable delivery.
How information is used
CareContact may use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate beta applications, arrange demonstrations, provide product updates, improve products, prevent abuse, and operate the website.
Current PracticeOps boundary
PracticeOps currently operates as a non-PHI workspace. Keep patient-identifying and clinical information in athenahealth or the source system until PHI-enabled integrations are formally supported.
Future integrations
Future integrations, including athenahealth, may require limited patient or appointment data to support operational workflows. Any such functionality will be introduced only with appropriate privacy, security, and contractual controls in place, along with updated notices and agreements where required.
Service providers, retention, and choices
Hosting, form delivery, email, and product infrastructure providers may process information on CareContact’s behalf. The final policy must identify or appropriately describe those providers, state retention practices, and confirm how access, correction, and deletion requests will be handled.
